Owen Hogg

Owen began choreographing while still a student at Adage Studio and won awards for his outstanding choreography including highest scoring self-choreography at Summit Dance Challenge 2021 & 2022 as well as Emerging Choreography at Synergy 2021. Owen takes the time to develop a style that will suit his dancers and puts thought into every step of the process.

His love of performing led him to being selected for multiple roles in musicals including Beauty and the Beast, How to Succeed, Matilda, Aladdin and more. Owen has been awarded many scholarships and accepted into dance programs including The Joffrey Ballet, The Victoria Ballet Academy, Mather Dance Company, and more.

After graduation, Owen went off to work with Royal Caribbean on his first professional contract aboard Serenade OTS where he travelled and performed for 10 months throughout the Caribbean. Upon completion of his contract, he decided to further his dance education by spending the following 2 years training at Harbour Dance Centre ITP with Moe Brody and The CLI Conservatory with Teddy Forance.

Owen has developed a fresh sense of style and movement quality that he now brings into his choreography and classes. Most recently, Owen headed back out to sea with Royal Caribbean for a second contract aboard Freedom OTS. He is excited to be back to his home studio to bring what he has learned through the professional industry and share it with us!
