In this class typical ZUMBA steps are broken down and explained. Great for the first time ZUMBA go-er or for students wanting a slower paced fitness class.
An innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide 1.5lb sand filled toning sticks which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short time this workout helps build coordination and muscle endurance. No previous ZUMBA experience necessary.
Formerly known as Bootcamp. You will never be bored in this beginner/intermediate level class! Work at your own level and feel great after! We make working out fun by incorporating different types of training into each session. We work with all types of equipment including light weights, Swiss balls, resistance bands, Pilates rings & more. Each class is a great mix of cardio, strength training, core strengthening and muscle toning exercises. Whether you are looking to create a healthier lifestyle, improve your strength or tone your muscles this is a great class to get your started.
No matter what your age or fitness level you can achieve great results with this fat blasting indoor program. This one hour class includes stretching, cardio, core building and strength training. We use a variety of equipment including kettle balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine and exercise balls.
BURN @ THE BARRE
It's a total body workout that slims your hips, tightens your thighs and mobilizes your metabolism. Utilizing ballet movements, intelligent isometrics and progressive core training, your body tightens and strengthens so you look, feel and move better! No experience needed.
STRETCH & STRENGTH
Stretch and Strength is a functional exercise class that includes a variety of exercises that work on flexibility, core, balance and strength while focusing on multiple movement planes.
Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level and is a safe way to improve your flexibility, strength, core strength and posture. Pilates is designed to help you prevent injuries, recover from injuries and prevent further musculoskeletal problems, as well as enhance your posture and movement patterns. - AVAILABLE IN GROUP MAT CLASSES, SEMI-PRIVATE OR PRIVATE (with equipment).
This class will have 4 to 5 people per class and will be a full body workout using the pilates method. During this class you will use the Reformer, MVE Chair, mat, stability balls and theraband to increases strength, length, flexibility, co-ordination and general mind/body awareness . A great way to workout with your friends or join a class on your own.
